Terms & Conditions

1. Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, agreements, and services provided by Hinano Products, trading as AI Tigers (hereinafter "AI Tigers"), registered under KVK 94675090, located in Amstelveen, Netherlands.

By purchasing a service or engaging AI Tigers, you agree to these terms. Any deviations must be agreed upon in writing.

2. Services

AI Tigers provides B2B AI automation services, including but not limited to:

• Data collection and scraping automation
• AI-powered content generation
• Custom dashboards and reporting
• Workflow automation (N8N, Make.com, Python)
• Knowledge databases and chatbots
• Tracker and alert systems

Specific deliverables will be agreed upon per engagement. A design document is provided before work begins on each automation request.

3. Payment Terms

AI Tigers offers the following pricing plans:

• Day Rate — €897 per day, payable in advance via Stripe.
• Monthly Plan — €4,997 per month, payable in advance via Stripe. Includes unlimited automation requests.

All prices are exclusive of VAT (BTW), which will be charged at the applicable Dutch rate for domestic clients. Reverse-charge applies for EU B2B clients with a valid VAT number. Invoices are issued electronically.

4. Cancellation and Pause Policy

Flexibility is central to our service:

• Monthly Plan — you may pause or cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. There is no minimum commitment.
• Day Rate — bookings are non-refundable once the work day has commenced.

5. Money-Back Guarantee

For the Monthly Plan, we offer a 100% money-back guarantee within 7 days of your first payment. If you are not satisfied with our service within the first 7 days, contact us at hello@aitigers.com for a full refund.

This guarantee applies to the first billing period only.

6. Delivery and Timelines

We aim to deliver a Proof of Concept (PoC) or MVP within five business days on average. Delivery timelines are estimates and not binding deadlines unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

We will revise deliverables until you are fully satisfied.

7. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights to the deliverables created specifically for the client are transferred to the client, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

AI Tigers retains the right to use general knowledge, techniques, tools, and non-client-specific components developed during the engagement.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the agreement.

9. Liability

AI Tigers' liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim, up to a maximum of the fees paid in the three months preceding the claim.

AI Tigers is not liable for:

• Indirect, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits or data loss.
• Disruptions or limitations caused by third-party services (e.g., API changes, platform outages).
• Damages resulting from the client's misuse of deliverables.

10. Force Majeure

AI Tigers is not liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet outages, third-party service failures, or government actions.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or our services shall be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
